Marion Black
Marion Black has been a member of Ecclesia since 1993, serving as an usher, male chorus member and Bible teacher. He is currently Chairman of the Deacons/Deaconess Ministry. He is one of the first members nominated for the Taft T. Newman Award. Recently retired as an advertising salesman he is currently involved in many community activities and serves on several community boards.

Dr. Irene Kimble
Dr. Irene Kimble is a practicing obstetrician-gynecologist for over 30 years in the Inland Empire. She is a member of Ecclesia’s Missions Ministry and has served on a medical mission to Bangladesh. Dr. Kimble resides in San Bernardino, California with her husband William, who is retired from the United States Air Force. She enjoys swimming and ballroom dancing and has 3 adult children.

Dr. Haragewen Kinde
The Kinde family has been attending Ecclesia Christian Fellowship since 2001. Haragewen currently serves Ecclesia as a Board member and serves in the Ushers ministry. Haragewen is the Dean of the Mathematics, Business, and Computer Information Technology Departments at San Bernardino Valley College. Haragewen and Hailu have two sons, both pursuing medical degrees.

Minister James Martin, III
Minister James Martin III was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He moved to the Inland Empire in 2000 when he met and married his wife Sondra. Married for 11 years they have two beautiful children, Eden (7) and James IV (9).
Minister Martin has served as a minister on staff at Ecclesia since 2000. He is also a member of the Executive Board, the Couples’ Ministry and teaches classes. He was ordained in 2009.
He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, and has completed one year of seminary. His full-time employment is in pharmaceutical sales with Bristol-Myers Squibb. He is also a licensed Realtor.
When not serving the Lord, enjoying time with his wife and children, he enjoys playing golf. Baseball is his favorite sport. He was fortunate to play in college (UNLV), and briefly in the minors.

Jessica Miller
Jessica Miller, a native of Detroit, Michigan, has lived in California for more than 20 years. She attended middle school and high school in Riverside, California and later returned to her graduating school district to serve as a teacher. She has spent her entire career serving students, teachers, and families as a teacher, administrator, and professor of education. Ms. Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from California State University, San Bernardino and a Master’s Degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University. She is currently completing the requirements for her Doctorate in Public Health at Loma Linda University. Ms. Miller has been a member of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship since 1995 and has served as a ministry leader in several capacities. She spends her free time hiking and running near her home in Orange County.

Rafael Rawls
Rafael R. Rawls holds a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, San Bernardino and currently works as a Community Organizer for the non-profit organization Institute for Public Strategies (IPS) in San Bernardino. Previous to working for IPS, he has been an adjunct professor for Community Christian College teaching math, served a short stint as the Community Outreach Director for Mayor Pat Morris’ anti-crime initiative Operation Phoenix and spent two years prior working as a Field Representative for U.S. Congressman Joe Baca (D-Rialto). In his 22 years at Ecclesia Rafael has volunteered his time as a youth leader and Bible study teacher for the youth ministry, and is currently the Ministry Manager of the Young Adult’s Ministry. He is heavily involved in both the Video and Drama Ministry as KECF anchorman Rafe Rawls. He also sits on the CDBG Commission for the City of San Bernardino representing the 6th Ward.

Dr. Julie Stokes
Dr. Julie E. Stokes’ walk with Christ began as a child. She rededicated her life to God on October 12, 1986. She became a member of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship (ECF) in August 1993. She is currently vice president on the Board of Ecclesia Christian Fellowship and serves as the Director of ECF’s Cornerstones Counseling Ministry. She is a Professor of Psychology and Chair in the Department of Afro-Ethnic Studies. She has years of teaching experience. She is recognized as one of California State University Fullerton's Outstanding Teacher/Scholars. Dr. Stokes received an Associate of Arts degree from Chaffey College, Alta Loma, CA, a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, San Bernardino, CA, a Masters and a Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of California, Riverside, CA, in Psychology.
